At Claims Made Easy we believe in delivering an outstanding service for a reasonable price. For this reason we offer a No Win-No Fee* price guarantee.

On completion of your claim the following charges will apply;

10% of the recovered amount.

A minimum fee of $270 is applicable on lower recovered amounts.

Fleet owners who wish to use Claims Made Easy as an "external claims department" are welcome to contact us and discuss a payment and fee plan to suit your needs.

In most cases the fee will be deducted from the amount recovered so there is no up front fee. The above fee is G.S.T. exclusive so this will be added to the appropriate fee. For those who are registered for G.S.T purposes, speak to your accountant to see whether this amount can be claimed back.

* Conditions apply to the No Win-No Fee guarantee. If Claims Made Easy believes the chances of recovering your claim are extremley low, we will not act on a No Win-No Fee basis. We will advise you of this before we commence the claim, and may ask you for payment in advance.

The No Win-No Fee does not apply where you are "At Fault" in a motor vehicle claim.
